Terms

LAST UPDATED 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

Plain terms for a small service. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay.

What you are buying

A custom web page for one boat you are selling, prepared with our help and hosted at a link you can share. The standard publication price is $149 USD, once. There is no monthly fee or separate hosting charge. An eligible referral discount appears in your saved workspace price.

MyBoatPage is a subsidiary of Oakweb.AI, a web design and development company.

Included:

Marketplace listing fees and paid advertisements, if you choose to use them, are separate. We do not automatically post listings or buy ads for you.

Start free, pay when ready to publish

No card is needed to begin a private draft. Verify your email, add photographs and a few details, then ask Phil to prepare your page with you. AI assistance may be part of that preparation, with human review. Check the facts, images and contact details before approving the draft.

Nothing is published through this workflow until you approve the draft and the server verifies payment. If material changes or payment needs checking, the page stays private for review. Starting a workspace is not an agreement to pay. If you decide not to publish, you do not have to make a purchase.

One initial free workspace per verified account, subject to available queue capacity: up to 100 files and 500 MB in total per new project, including uploads in progress. Individual files may use the remaining allowance. Send PDFs, text, photos, video or other files through the private information uploader; this does not automatically publish, execute or process them. Ask our team about larger collections. Existing paid orders retain their agreed allowances. The legacy paid self-service upload area currently allows up to 100 files and 2 GB per order; discuss larger collections with Phil. Existing agreed orders and any specific promises already made to you remain honored.

Keep your own originals. A draft workspace is part of preparing your sale page, not a permanent general-purpose storage account.

What we need from you

Start with your photographs and the year, make, model, asking price and story of your boat. Phil may ask for follow-up details or arrange receipt, document and video intake. You do not need to organize everything first. Preparation starts when useful material arrives, not only after payment. We normally aim for a first prepared draft within two to three days of receiving the needed material; Phil will discuss timing with you.

What you promise us

We build the page from what you give us. We do not inspect the vehicle and we do not verify its condition, history, or title.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that your vehicle will sell, that it will sell by any date, or that it will reach any price. We are not a broker, a dealer, a consignment service, or a party to your sale. Buyers deal with you directly.

Who owns what

Private draft uploads are not automatically published or used as public examples. Publication in the free-start workflow requires your approval and verified payment.

Your photographs, video, and words stay yours. You give us permission to publish them on the page we build and to show the finished page as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not use it as an example, and we will not. The page design and the code behind it stay ours.

Changes and revisions

You review the draft and we adjust it. We keep adjusting within reason while the vehicle is for sale — a new price, new photographs, a sold banner. A complete redesign or a second vehicle is a new order.

Documents and buyer contact

New PDF uploads start Private. You may choose to share reviewed copies publicly, behind a document PIN, or after the page is marked Sold. The after-sale setting opens to existing PIN holders, not only to a verified final buyer. A PIN can be forwarded and is not identity verification.

Review and redact sensitive details before sharing. We do not promise automatic redaction or malware detection. Authorized staff can access your workspace to prepare and support the page. Buyer-submitted files remain private to the seller and authorized staff. We cannot retract copies that somebody has already downloaded or forwarded.

File notices, downloads and recovery

Active listings are excluded from automatic file cleanup. For an eligible page recorded as Sold for at least 14 days, Phil may start a 60-day email warning period. Reminders span at least six weeks and give an exact Pacific Time deadline. Use Keep my files in your workspace or contact Phil if you need more time.

Keep requests, new account activity, changed material, recorded contact, failed or uncertain notices, and a missing final inbox check hold cleanup. Email replies are reviewed by Phil, not read automatically by the cleanup worker. You can download your registered originals and page details in a private ZIP while they are available; keep that archive private.

Eligible files are removed only after checked on-server recovery copies exist. Those copies remain for at least 30 more days before separately checked permanent cleanup. A keep request during that window can queue a private restore. These are on-server recovery copies, not an off-site backup guarantee. Account and payment records are separate from this file-cleanup process.

Taking the page down

Ask and we take it down. We may also take a page down if it turns out to be misleading, if we are asked to by someone with a legitimate claim over the content, or if the vehicle is no longer for sale and you have stopped answering.

Refunds

Before you pay for a free-start draft, there is no payment to refund. Any stronger refund promise made when you ordered still applies to that order.

Before design work begins, you may cancel for a full refund. Once design work has begun, refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the work completed.

Limits

This is a $149 marketing page. If we get something wrong, the sensible remedy is that we fix it or refund what you paid us. We are not responsible for how your sale goes.

Example pages on this site

Some pages linked from our homepage are marked Preview concept. Those were built by us, unasked, to show what a listing could look like. The owners of those vehicles have not commissioned, approved, or paid for them, and their appearance here is not a claim of any relationship with those owners.
